This new technical support will expand on the exceptional support you have come to expect from RAS. We will strive to ensure you have peace of mind knowing that you have a reliable team ready to assist with all of your QuickBooks technical needs.
Whether you are using the current version of QuickBooks (2024), or you prefer to continue using a legacy version, RAS will be your support team. This offer is available for clients enrolled in RAS transfer services. When issues arise beyond the standard transfer process, we provide expert troubleshooting for a wide range of QuickBooks-related challenges. For hosting clients, we offer continued support even when Intuit no longer does, ensuring seamless service. There is no additional charge for clients using hosting services.
At Remote Accounting, we are committed to providing continuous professional support through our Transfer Service. This service ensures a smooth and secure process for sending or retrieving data when working with QuickBooks. If issues arise outside the scope of the send or retrieve process, we offer RAS to the Rescue, a premium troubleshooting and support service available at an additional cost.
